November was pretty boring – dealing with contractors who seem incapable of communicating, and dealing with the goblin’s spaying.
I did get ONE book.
I’ve mentioned the podcast a few times already this year, and it’s been pretty important to me, so I’m glad it’s back. After some strange issue with their old web host, it’s now coming out monthly with This is Horror, instead of the insane weekly schedule it was appearing on earlier.
New Books for May. I was so excited that this was the clearest photo I could take.
More in the to be read pile! I’m trying to post more frequently so this will be short.
This will be quick, because I’m taking a break from editing the final draft of my wife’s PhD thesis (only 8 years in the making). Her defense is about 2 months away, so we’re focused on getting that done.
I think I’ve mentioned how I’ve had my own little weird renaissance, thanks to Scott Nicolay’s podcast (it’s hard to remember, seeing as at the time of writing this, all my previous posts exist in draft form only… the show’s on a short hiatus, so now’s the time to catch up!).
Is probably something I’ll be saying often. In this case my Women in Horror month plans were affected.
