Not much happened – the rain and humidity laid me out pretty thoroughly. Same with allergies, which have been worse than ever before.
No it’s not March Madness here. Due to the fact that a fully completed draft of this post (minus photos) disappeared, this will be shorter and later than planned.
Here are the books I got this month:
February was all about fighting. Fighting my old boss, union style. Fighting governments (who isn’t these days? People I don’t want to know, that’s who).
And painting minis to relieve stress and stay sane.

There’s only so much I can put in this space – most of the year was eaten up by school and a full-time job, and trying to keep my mind intact. That said, I did manage to read a few books for pleasure, see a few shows, and listen to a few albums.
In which I collect books without having the time to read them all. Or more realistically, don’t quit your job if you want even more books, because an income helps.
As a going away present from the job I’ve occupied for roughly the last 2 years, I received two $50 gift certificates to Chapters-Indigo. I don’t really shop there often, because… well, they’re a chain store that’s moving away from selling books. This after they helped decimate “all” the little independent retailers around. They also often only have books I want in Kobo format, and I like my e-books DRM-free.
